Adharshila – The Foundation

Focus: Building a strong base for body, breath, and mind.

  • Asanabhyas: Fundamental postures for stability and spinal alignment.
  • Pranayam: Awareness of natural breath and rhythmic breathing.
  • Dhyan: Cultivating stillness and grounding.
  • Lifestyle: Understanding the body’s needs, mindful sitting, and movement.

Outcome: Feel rooted, steady, and aware of your breath and posture.

Kaaya Sthairyam – Physical Strength & Stability

Focus: Strengthening the body, improving endurance, and finding stability.

  • Asanabhyas: Postures that engage the core, arms, and back for strength.
  • Pranayam: Deepening breath control to enhance vitality.
  • Dhyan: Focus on Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body) : Awareness of this beautiful human body (मानव देह).
  • LIfestyle: Nourishing the body through balanced nutrition (MitAahar), adequate rest, and mindful physical practices that enhance overall strength and energy.

Prana Pravah – Energy Flow & Vitality

Yes! We offer live online yoga sessions for prenatal yoga, therapeutic yoga, and beginner yoga (YogArambh). You can practice from the comfort of your home with our guided classes.

What should I bring to a yoga session?

Just wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. If it’s an in-person session, you may also bring a water bottle and a small towel. For sound healing or restorative yoga, we may use props like bolsters, but we provide guidance on what’s needed.
