Whether you are completely new to yoga or returning after a long gap, this program gently guides you through the essential practices of Hatha Yoga, ensuring a structured and holistic start to your journey.

Yes! We offer live online yoga sessions for prenatal yoga, therapeutic yoga, and beginner yoga (YogArambh). You can practice from the comfort of your home with our guided classes.
Just wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. If it’s an in-person session, you may also bring a water bottle and a small towel. For sound healing or restorative yoga, we may use props like bolsters, but we provide guidance on what’s needed.
