I started my journey with "The Rising Lotus" (Samriti Ji) when my 8th month was running and fetal position was breech at that time. All thanks to her guidance and support which made it to tum in cephalic presentation within a week. Moreover I found lot of positive changes in my behavior and flexibility in my body. Yes! We offer live online yoga sessions for prenatal yoga, therapeutic yoga, and beginner yoga (YogArambh). You can practice from the comfort of your home with our guided classes.
Just wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. If it’s an in-person session, you may also bring a water bottle and a small towel. For sound healing or restorative yoga, we may use props like bolsters, but we provide guidance on what’s needed.
